Delta Cablevision Systems of Kansas, Inc. was a purveyor of cable to rural areas in Kansas.
This operation, which included assets in Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska, was put into receivership by State Street Bank. At that time, Bill Brandt was appointed as Federal Equity Receiver for Delta Cablevision Systems of Kansas, Inc.

As Receiver, Mr. Brandt and his staff managed the day-to-day operations of Delta. In addition, DSI assumed responsibility for the marketing and negotiations of a sale of substantially all of the assets.
Mr. Brandt also worked closely with the FCC and local utilities to effectuate the receivership and ultimately to transfer the appropriate licenses.
